We currently ship from Washington, D.C. to addresses within the United States.

We’re not currently shipping internationally, but if you’re outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, feel free to reach out, we’ll do our best to make it happen!

How

We ship using USPS and offer the following delivery options at checkout:

  • USPS Standard Mail (3–5 business days) – $5.50

  • USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) – $9.50

  • USPS Express (Next Day) – $28.00

You’ll receive an email from Big Cartel with a tracking number once your order ships (check your inbox or spam folder).

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of being placed.

Please note: Once an order is handed over to USPS, we can’t guarantee arrival dates due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or service disruptions.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, please reach out and we’ll investigate.

Be sure to double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to cover the cost of re-shipping.

How is my order packed?

Your cards are packaged with care using protective sleeves and sturdy mailers to keep everything safe during transit. We make every effort to choose eco-conscious materials while ensuring your cards arrive in perfect condition.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry that happened! If your order is damaged in transit, please email us at [email protected] with photos of the packaging and contents, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Can I return my order?

At this time, we do not accept returns.

However, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If you'd like to request an exchange, please email us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
